Welcome to KALLOS!

The holidays are coming...

Both for clients and for us (unless you work at sea and now it's time to "break" the season)
This is the time when clients are getting a little more organized, we're all getting everything ready for summer and the beach, and every hair has to be in its place.

1. Plan your holiday much earlier, if you can, and of course, as soon as you set the date (you should know this around Easter 😉), inform your clients.
If you have regular clients, it means you see each other every 3-4 weeks, which leaves you enough time to get everyone organized.
2. Don't move your vacation time because of clients.
We all love to be at the service of our dear ladies and adjust our schedules so that they are always beautiful, BUT, vacation is a time that we plan and adjust to our husband, children, friends, family... And this is the time we deserve and it is decided solely by us, without exception.
No client will postpone their vacation, because maybe that would suit us, right?!
Let's understand each other, this is normal, so that no one gets offended❤️
3. Suggest to clients that they book 2-3 appointments now, if they have summer planned, and that will save you a lot of hassle and complications, and ultimately, anger, because when it comes to beauty treatments, there is no mercy!!!
4. If you are "full" and have no way to adjust or find a free appointment, refer your clients to one of your colleagues.
Don't be afraid of competition.
If the client is satisfied with your work and service, they will return.
If it doesn't come back, then it's time to ask yourself why that is and work on improving the service.
5. Warn clients that it's summer, a time when they sweat more, their skin is oilier, they apply more oils and creams, and this can cause their eyelashes to fall out a little faster (unless you use Kallos, Dark Matter, oil proof, glue 😉😉, link is at the end of the text), and that they should pay a little more attention to eyelash care.
6. The appointment after the summer vacation should be a little longer, and leave at least 15-30 extra minutes for clients.
This is important because we want to make the refill 100%, otherwise, in the coming months, clients will constantly feel like they have fewer eyelashes and that they may be falling out faster.
7. If the client is at sea for a long time, try to find and recommend a colleague who works at sea.
Ultimately, we want our client to return to us with beautiful and neat eyelashes, so that we don't have to bother with removal and re-application.
This is one of the reasons why salons lose clients after the summer holidays.
Clients at sea lose a lot of eyelashes, have no one to replenish them, or they run into someone who does it to them criminally, and then they are left without their eyelashes.
And after that, it's too big an investment for them to pay for re-installation, or they're simply fed up with eyelashes due to a bad experience.
A little good will, a couple of messages or calls and make sure you send the client in good hands.
8. And finally - WHEN YOU COME TO THE ANNUAL, TURN OFF!!!!
Enjoy yourself, sunbathe, read books (not just statuses), reset yourself from constant stress.
Forget about clients, eyelashes, competition...
There's no such thing as a lost eyelash that will make me unlock the salon door while I'm on vacation. Or take tweezers on vacation and tweeze someone's eyelashes on the kitchen table.
Sorry, everyone, but the body needs to rest, there's no compromise🤷

I wish you all a lot of sunshine, lots of fun and a vacation from which you will return full of energy and new ideas🌞🌞🌞
