You will receive notifications by email in the following situations:

• Appointment reminder (72 hours before the booked appointment)
• Appointment cancellation (if the client or Kallos studio cancels the appointment for some reason, a notification will be sent via email)
• Change of appointment (if the client or Kallos studio changes the existing appointment, a notification will be sent by email)
• Failure to attend the appointment (if the client does not appear at the scheduled appointment, a notification about the further procedure will be sent to the email.)

You can cancel your appointment no later than 48 hours before the appointment on the application itself or by email at studiokalloszagreb@gmail.com

If the appointment is not canceled on time, Studio Kallos reserves the right to charge 50% of the agreed appointment amount upon the next arrival.

Change of Date:

In the event that a situation arises where a client or salon needs to change an appointment, both parties have a duty to notify no later than 48 hours before the confirmed appointment.

Cancellation of Appointment:
