This unique product strengthens eyelash and eyebrow hair and is proven to firm its structure after a few weeks.

Apply to eyelashes or eyebrows after Lotion No. 2 of the new Vegan line, from root to tip, leave to act for a maximum of 10 minutes and comb through.

It can also be used as a stand-alone treatment for intensive strengthening of eyelashes and eyebrows 2 to 3 times a week.
