CE - MAKOR d.o.o. offers this site, including all information, tools, and services available from this site, to you, the visitor and/or customer, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

Throughout the website, the terms "seller," "merchant," "we," "us," and "our" refer to CE - MAKOR d.o.o.

CE - MAKOR d.o.o. undertakes to regularly maintain and provide visitors and customers with unambiguous, clear, and easily understandable information about products in a manner adapted to remote communication means. Products and/or services are available exclusively online through the website https://kallosprolashcollection.com. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear in our online store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate due to different screen settings. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Article III. Terms of Sale/Purchase

The procedure and conditions for purchasing goods through the kallosprolashcollection.com online store are defined by the following parameters: order, payment, delivery, and complaints. CE - MAKOR d.o.o., through its online store, enables the purchase of the entire range of goods offered. A buyer is considered to be any person who orders at least one product electronically.

  • Ordering Goods

Goods are ordered electronically. By clicking the "Add to cart" button, the selected product is saved in the cart. Goods are considered ordered when the buyer completes the entire ordering process. You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address you registered as a buyer. If you do not receive such a message, please check if the items are in your cart. If they are not, please contact us by email at info@kallosprolashcollection.com. CE - MAKOR d.o.o., as the owner of the kallosprolashcollection.com website, undertakes to deliver all ordered products. If kallosprolashcollection.com is unable to deliver any of the ordered products, it will contact the buyer by email regarding a substitute product or cancellation of the ordered product. All other ordered products will be delivered.

  • Payment Methods

    Consumers can pay for their approved orders in the following ways, choosing their preferred payment method:

    1. Card payments: Single payment or installment payments (installment payments are possible with Diners card and PBZ bank cards). The system supports the following cards:

    2. Digital wallets and fast payments:

      • Google Pay: Fast and secure payment via your Google account with a high level of data protection.

      • Apple Pay: Secure purchase via Apple devices with identity confirmation (Face ID or Touch ID).

    3. PayPal: Paying with PayPal is considered the safest way to pay online. When ordering on www.kallosprolashcollection.com you will be redirected to the PayPal page to confirm the transaction.

    4. Paysafecard: Payment via a prepaid voucher by entering a 16-digit PIN, ensuring maximum privacy.

    5. Cash on delivery: Cash payment upon receipt of the package from the delivery service.

    6. Bank transfer: Transactional payment, via internet banking or a general payment slip.

  • Goods Transport

Ordered goods will be packed in a way that prevents damage during normal transport handling. Upon receipt of the ordered goods, the buyer is obliged to check for any damage or discrepancies in the quantity of the ordered goods and immediately file a complaint with the delivery person who delivered the goods, refusing to accept the delivered goods. Checking the correctness of the order is the responsibility of the buyer, and subsequent complaints will not be accepted. Goods delivery is within 1-3 business days after the order is completed and applies to the entire Republic of Croatia. The delivery price is not included in the product price.

  • Complaints

If the received item does not suit you, if you have questions, or wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the shipment by email at: info@kallosprolashcollection.com, and we will assist you as much as possible, unless the item has already been worn or damaged, and this did not occur due to our fault or the fault of the delivery person. You are deemed to have fulfilled your obligation on time if you send or hand over the goods to us, or to a person authorized by us to receive the goods, before the expiration of the specified period. We can only issue a refund after the goods have been returned to us or after you provide us with proof that you have sent the goods back to us. Item returns are made to Ulica Karla Metikoša 2, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia. You bear the cost of returning the item.

    7. Apple Pay Apple Pay is a service that allows you to shop online with added security and privacy. You need to purchase a Paysafecard voucher at a point of sale and enter the 16-digit PIN into the window that appears during payment. Simply enter your PIN and confirm the transaction.     9. PayPal Register for free on PayPal via https://www.paypal.com/hr/webapps/mpp/home and enter your bank details or credit card information. Please note that payments are only possible from registered PayPal accounts within the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) region. When ordering on www.kallosprolashcollection.com you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal page. Here you confirm the payment with your email address and your PayPal password. After successful payment, you will be redirected back to our page where you will receive an order confirmation. Payment via PayPal Express is not possible. Article VII. - Conversion Statement

All payments will be made in Euros. The amount to be charged to your credit card account is obtained by converting the price into Euros according to the valid exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank. When your credit card is charged, the same amount is converted to your local currency according to the credit card association's exchange rate. As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference from the original price listed on our websites.
