The Kallos Loyalty Program is our way of thanking you for your loyalty. With every purchase on our webshop, you collect points that you can convert into exclusive products from our collection.

Membership is automatic as soon as you open a user account on our website. Every purchase after registration is tracked and converted into points.

Your rewards dashboard offers a complete overview of your points balance and available benefits. Visit the 'Rewards' section to view your points history, redeem rewards, or check your progress.

Our rewards are divided by points earned:

Cashback (order discounts):
• 5 € discount: 300 points
• 10 € discount: 500 points
• 15 € discount: 750 points
• 25 € discount: 1000 points

Percentage Discounts:
• 10% discount: 750 points
• 15% discount: 1000 points
• 20% discount: 1500 points

Free Products:
• Make-up bag: 200 points
• Mini Box (D, CC, M, C or Eyeliner): 300 points (your choice)
• Brow Fiber: 400 points
• Browliner: 500 points
• Fix Plump & Boost Gel: 500 points
• K6 Tweezers: 750 points

• Brow & Lash Oil: 750 points
• Luxe Brush Set + Case: 750 points
• Homebox: 1000 points

Your collected points for rewards are valid for 3 months. Although rewards expire after this period, your progress is not lost—you can continue collecting points to reach higher tiers and unlock even more valuable gifts.

You can use one selected reward or discount per order. Rewards cannot be combined with each other or with other active promo codes, unless otherwise stated.

In the event of a product return, the points you earned from that purchase will be automatically deducted from your user account.

Points and rewards are tied exclusively to your user account and cannot be transferred to other people or exchanged for cash.

The referral program allows you to share a 10% discount with friends. When they use your unique code for their first purchase, you both get a 10% discount on your next order.
