Shipping policy

  • Goods ordered from the Kallos online store are shipped as soon as possible. Speed and convenience of delivery are key for us.
  • The shipping cost is calculated automatically when purchasing a product and you will be issued an invoice that includes the price of the purchased products and the shipping cost
  • The shipping cost will be shown in the shopping cart along with the product price
  • The shipping cost in the Republic of Croatia ;depends on the selected courier service that the buyer chooses on the last step of the order and ranges from ;1.99 to 7.00 € depending on the courier service

The courier services are:

  • Express Delivery GLS (1-3 working days)*except island
    Standard Delivery DPD (2-5 working days) *except islands
    Box now Parcel Shipping
  • For order amounts above 99.00 EUR the shipping cost is free and is entirely borne by Ce-Makor d.o.o. for the Republic of Croatia
  • The delivery time for products, which are stated to be in stock in the entire Croatia is 3 working days from the date of the order, for the islands 7 working days, except for products with a special note
  • Orders received on a working day by 11 am, are usually shipped the same day.
    DELIVERY IS NOT MADE ON WEEKENDS, BUT ONLY FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY!
  • In the event of a change in the delivery time or any other important circumstances for the execution of the order, the customer will be immediately informed by our customer service
  • If the package with the ordered products does not arrive within the expected period (5 working days from the order in the Republic of Croatia), send us an e-mail to: info@kallosprolashcollection.com or call us at +3851 5601-159 so that we can take the necessary measures.

    INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:

For orders outside Croatia, the shipping cost is calculated at the last step, and prices can be found at our delivery information page

SHIPPING COST OTHER:

Ce-Makor d.o.o is not responsible for losses or delays in the delivery service due to holidays or weather conditions, but please contact us via e-mail at info@kallosprolashcollection.com, and we will try to resolve the problem
BANK TRANSFER - We ship orders upon receipt of funds to our Ce-Makor d.o.o. business account
