Henna brows is a new, exciting treatment from the world of eyebrows. In fact, henna has been around for a long time in the beauty industry, but in the last few years it has become popular and highly sought after.

Henna online education is suitable for every beginner, because no experience in the field of styling and arranging eyebrows is required. It is now available on our online platform and you can access it anytime from your armchair.

By purchasing education on the webshop, expect an e-mail from Kallos Academy with feedback and LINK on all video and PDF materials. Kallos reserves the right that the time period for sending all necessary materials 48 hours from purchase on the webshop. Online education can also be paid for by cash on delivery, in which case a delivery fee of €4 will be charged.

This education is intended for BEGINNERS which have absolutely nothing to do with the beauty industry.

After completing the education, you become a member of the Kallos Academy, and we follow you through ours support FB groups . Learning this way is safe and easy, and saves you time and money.

AFTER SUCCESSFUL EDUCATION, STUDENTS RECEIVE ELECTRONIC CERTIFICATE TO YOUR E-MAIL, which can be printed.

All material will be available on the link for a total of 6 months after purchase.

During the education, each student will receive 100% of all information about the treatment, about the products and materials that are needed to perform the treatment. After the education, every student will know what he needs for further work. All the necessary material can be purchased on the Kallos webshop in the HANA ZA OBRVE collection.

The price of the initial start material is HRK 806.20. You can also see the contents of the start package on our web shop.

In the start package, we put 3 colors of our choice (the most requested, the most used) . One package of henna is enough for 20-40 clients, depending on the density of the eyebrows.

We recommend that you order the start package only after watching and listening to the training, so that you know the exact list of materials that are needed.

We ship goods ordered in the Kallos online store as soon as possible. Speed and convenience of delivery are key for us.
The cost of delivery is calculated automatically when you purchase the product and you are issued an invoice with the price of the purchased products and the delivery price
The cost of delivery will be shown in the shopping cart along with the price of the product
The cost of delivery in the territory of the Republic of Croatia depends on the chosen courier service, which the customer chooses at the last step of the order, and amounts from €3.00 to €7.00 depending on the courier service

For the order amount above EUR 99.00, the shipping cost is free and is fully borne by Ce-Makor doo for the territory of the Republic of Croatia
The deadline for delivery of products, for which it is stated that they are in stock, in the whole of Croatia is 3 working days from the day of the order, for the islands 7 working days , except for products with a special note
Orders received on a working day by 11 a.m. are usually shipped the same day.

Return & Exchange

EXCHANGE

You have the right to exchange the goods within 14 days upon receipt of the shipment.

For exchange of the goods, it is necessary to fill in the Form "for unilateral termination of the contract", which you can download here.

We will only send the new item upon receipt of the returned item and when we determine that the Returned Product must be correct without any trace of use in the original packaging with an invoice and a completed form within the specified time.

When replacing the item ordered, the cost of shipping in both directions is paid by the customer.

REFUND

The returned item must be returned without delay and within 14 days of receipt of the shipment.

In order to return the goods, you must complete the Form of "Unilateral Termination of Contract", which can be downloaded here .

The refund will be made in the same way that the payment was made. If the order has been paid by card, the money will be returned to the card, and for payment by debiting the funds we will pay into the current account (enter IBAN on the form).
