I hereby declare that I am withdrawing from the contract for the purchase of goods ordered through this form. I am aware of my right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days without giving any reason, in accordance with our Return Policy. I agree that my personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of carrying out this refund request, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The goods must be returned to Kallos Academy & Webshop, Ulica Karla Metikoša 2, 10000 Zagreb without undue delay, and no later than 30 days from the date this withdrawal statement is sent. The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods. We will issue the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase, or to the provided IBAN if payment was made by bank transfer or if a refund to the card is not possible, no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until that time.
