Order Returns and Exchanges

ORDER CANCELLATION (BEFORE DELIVERY)

For orders that have not yet been dispatched, you have the right to cancel your purchase at any time before the order is fulfilled. You can submit a cancellation request directly through your user account or by sending a message to info@kallosprolashcollection.com.

RETURNS

Returns of purchased items must be made without delay, and no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

To initiate the return process, please open the following link and fill out the document: Cancellation Form.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or proof of their return. Refunds are made in the same way the payment was made:

  • Card payment: Funds will be returned directly to the card.

  • Cash on delivery or bank transfer: Funds will be paid to your bank account (please provide the IBAN on the form or send it to our email info@kallosprolashcollection.com).

The item you are returning must be fully functional, unused, in its original packaging, with the attached invoice and a completed return form within the specified period. The buyer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

EXCHANGE

The buyer has the right to exchange goods within 14 days from the day of receiving the order.

To initiate the exchange process, please contact our customer service directly at info@kallosprolashcollection.com and state the reason for the exchange. Our customer service will respond within the legal timeframe and send you all necessary information and further instructions for returning and exchanging items.

The new item will be sent only after we receive the returned product and confirm that it is fully functional, unused, in its original packaging, and with the attached invoice. When exchanging an item, the shipping cost in both directions is borne by the buyer.
