Welcome to KALLOS!

Summer is coming, the season is coming.
Although eyelashes are not a "seasonal" treatment and most clients maintain them year-round, warmer weather, especially summer, is a period when demand for extensions increases.
Because at this time of year, everyone somehow "woke" from their winter slumber and started getting beauty treatments.
Because warmer weather means more sweating, oilier skin, and more "stains" from smeared mascara under the eyes.
And especially because on the beach, extensions are the only makeup we need.
Many salons enter the season unprepared and then the struggle begins.
Struggling with time, deadlines and clients.
There are a few who see this as an opportunity for instant profit and put a LOT OF DISCOUNT on the already miserable price of these services. So they stuff clients in for an hour and then spend all day, rubbing their palms and counting money at the end of the day.
Unfortunately, business doesn't grow with that kind of thinking. That's how you destroy your business. Not only for yourself, but for everyone around you.
Most clients who go for such a "quick" treatment will get the impression that this is how it should be and that it is worth it.
And then, after two months, when they see the real condition of their ruined eyelashes, their opinion changes and extensions are the worst treatment ever for them and they will try to tell all their friends, colleagues, and relatives up to the fifth generation to never repeat her mistake and not to get extensions.
See which direction I'm going...?
It's not the clients' fault, it's you, i.e. us.
Every beginning is difficult, but none of us succeeded overnight.
But imagine a situation where you have an hour and a half for each client to refill, and 2-3 hours for installation, you have a realistic price for your hourly rate, and every day is filled.
You have a nice salary, a calm job without stress, no rushing to meet deadlines, no complaints, no bad work...
Why?
Because you've learned that everything takes time...for beautiful eyelashes, for satisfied clients, for advertising, for success...for everything you need to work and be patient and persistent.
And when you want even more business, you don't lower your prices to the level of Croatian GDP, but try even harder to keep your existing clients 1000% satisfied, and that's what will bring you even more business.
When you have enough work and no room for new clients, you hire workers, not shorten treatment times to fill your schedule a little more.
And if you can't find a quality worker, you simply turn down new clients and problem solved.
Recommend them to a colleague, and before that, explain to her that they keep a realistic price and so everyone has a job, everyone has the same price, and everyone can pay their bills.
I described a utopian situation, for which it is now too late to be realistic... but maybe it will at least make someone a little more aware.

Likewise with education...
A new treatment has arrived in Croatia.

Realistically, the training is 1000 euros, because it requires knowledge, precision and is a luxury, and that service is charged much more than eyebrow plucking, and then, after a month, someone "smarter" comes along and holds the same training for 500 euros, just to get more people. Then those people who pay less for the training also set lower prices for the treatment, because, well, they haven't invested much, so we're going to stamp out as many people as possible.

And so, in just 3 months, we go from a luxurious treatment with excellent results to group discount portals and the price of an average lunch.
I don't want to offend anyone, we know what the situation is in Croatia, but the cosmetics industry is not a place for instant profit.
There... how many green and red eyebrows are there today, how many people pay huge and huge money for laser removal of permanent makeup?
How many people pay for laser or acid treatments to reduce scars created by a "trained" beautician?
How many people have permanent hyperpigmentation on the skin from unprofessional waxing?
How many people have broken capillaries or lymph problems due to unprofessional massages?

It's not the clients' fault that they want it cheaper.
I would too.
I too would like all my cellulite to disappear in just 30 days for 499 kn.
I too would like to have Russian almonds that last 4-5 weeks for 45 minutes/100 kuna.
But it doesn't work that way...
Unfortunately.
We carve our own business path. But an entire industry cannot depend on individuals.

And smart this season.
Take advantage of the season and ensure a working fall/winter, not a flash effect.

Kiss💋
