BLACK UMBER – PERMA BLEND LUXE (15 ml)

Black Umber is the darkest and coolest brown-black shade in the Luxe collection, created for clients who demand maximum depth and intensity. This color is an excellent tool for working on darker skin tones, but also for precise eyeliner.

  • REACH compliance: As part of the new Luxe line, this pigment has been fully developed in accordance with the latest European Union REACH regulations (effective from January 4, 2022), providing you with complete legal and health safety at work.

  • Depth and warmth: Although the temperature of the pigment is very cool , the formula contains a subtle touch of warmth that ensures a perfect blend with skin rich in melanin ( Fitzpatrick 4, 5 and 6 ), preventing unwanted gray tones.

  • High opacity and concentration: The maximum concentration of the highest quality pigments ensures consistent, true results that do not change over time.

  • Multi-purpose application: Black Umber is the perfect choice for clients with very dark eyebrows, but also as an ideal eyeliner that provides sharpness and long-lasting effect.

  • Ethics in the first place: Each batch undergoes strict testing for purity and consistency. The product is Vegan & Cruelty-free (not tested on animals).

How to use

Instructions for use:Do not mix with water or other thinners. To change the consistency, use only Perma Blend thinning or shading solutions.

Store at room temperature.

Do not leave the product in the sun.

Handle containers with disposable gloves.

Shake the pigment for at least 1 minute before pouring.

After pouring, make sure the lid is closed tightly and return it to its storage area.

To change the consistency, use only Perma Blend Shading Solutions. Do not mix with water or other thinners.

The pigment has a shelf life of 12 months after opening.

Unopened pigment expires after 3.5 years.

The new line of Luxe pigments has been developed in accordance with the latest European Union REACH regulations, which come into effect on January 4, 2022.
