Why is the biggest problem today to remain professional and NOT compliant?
Why will a "status showdown" on Facebook attract more attention than a picture of quality work?
Why will you be popular among your colleagues if you "inbox" everyone about everything and everyone, and your popularity drops the more you stay aloof and mind your own business.
Today's time and today's society are unfortunately full of perverted situations and values. There is no privacy, no friendships, there are only mutual benefits.
Thus, the screenshot became the main weapon in the murder of all human relationships.
Today you're best friends/colleagues, tomorrow you're sworn enemies, and the day after tomorrow you're burying the hatchet again, only to dig it up the day after...all accompanied by a bunch of screenshots proving what someone said and thought.
Because in a moment of honesty, people actually relax, relieved by the fact that they can finally tell someone something that's bothering them (because we all have something bothering us, we just "handle" it in our own way)
Screenshot is a miracle.
There are people who collect them, neatly store them in a folder, and from time to time throw out a threat...
Then think about it, have you ever written something that someone won't like. Or maybe just the TRUTH🤷
Honestly, today the only honest conversation you can have is in private, because people are traumatized and aren't sure on which portal (and in which context) their words will end up.
It was similar with this blog.
The first idea was to have others write it, to share advice and ideas, but fear prevailed.
Fear of screenshots and comments.
After giving birth twice, I'm not afraid of anything anymore 😂
To avoid unnecessary stress, try to stick to some rules.
1. Separate business and personal life. There is no substitute for someone's kindness for friendship. Set goals for yourself and how you will achieve them.
2. Neither your clients are your friends, nor are your colleagues your friends.
Respect your clients, fulfill their wishes, respect their privacy and NO, do not publish their photos without their knowledge. Because in your desire to appear cool in front of a colleague, you will lose a client who will not be happy with their image in public.
Colleagues, the competition is here, don't let yourself fall asleep. Don't think you're the best and that you can't do better and more.
Honestly, friendships are rare here and most often the entire relationship is reduced to a screenshot. But don't let that stop you from being kind and ready to help when needed. Self-satisfaction is priceless.
3. What you say about others says something about you. It's so trite, but it's true.
How many times has it happened to you that you and a colleague relaxed a little, commented on a third person, and then 3 days later you see hearts ❤️, kisses, likes...the two of them as best friends.
You feel a little confused, like a wet chicken and you don't know who's who anymore...huh?
For a solution to such situations, read rule 1 and 2.
This very serious industry sometimes comes across as so frivolous, because it all comes down to those few sentences on the screen, but that's the reality.
Be honest, but restrained. Objective, and not a lid on every pot.
Be careful and cautious in your communication, because not everyone wants your success, some only want it for themselves.
Unfortunately, it will be a long time before everyone understands:
Success is not shared, it is multiplied (just like happiness).
Just because someone is successful doesn't mean others can't be.
Success brings satisfaction and a lot of work.
When you are satisfied, you are happy.
When you're happy and busy, you don't have time for screenshots.
Today's blog seemingly has nothing to do with eyelashes or nails...
But we all know that there is.
The psychological pressure that someone can create has broken many of my colleagues.
Depression and insecurity are at every turn.
In the last few years, a lot has been written about mental health, because it is exactly what suffers the most in this industry.
Be YOU who will fight against it❤️
