In case the selected parcel machine is full, BOX NOW will redirect the package to the nearest free parcel machine. You will receive a notification from the BOX now service for this emergency situation.

NOTE: Payment for orders with Box Now delivery is only possible by card or bank transfer (transactional). There is no cash on delivery option.

Orders placed before 11 am will be delivered to the Box Now parcel machine within 24-48 hours. For Zagreb and its surroundings, delivery is the same day in the evening.

WHAT IS BOX NOW?

1. Order and select the option of sending to the BOX NOW parcel machine

2. Choose the desired location of your Box Now package machine

3. Box Now delivers the package the same/next day to the selected parcel machine

4. When the package arrives at the location, you will receive a PIN for entry to your e-mail

5. Enter the PIN and pick up the package
