If you have difficulties and for some reason the application does not work for you, please follow the following steps

APPLE (IOS)

UNINSTALL THE APPLICATION

APPLE:
Touch and hold the app.

  1. Tap Remove app.
  2. Tap Delete app, then tap Delete to confirm.

Note that some built-in Apple apps cannot be deleted from the device, so you may not see the option to delete the app. Here is a list of built-in Apple apps that you can delete from your device . If you cannot delete a non-Apple app, disable parental controls and then try deleting the app again.

If you touch and hold an app on the home screen and the apps start shaking:

  1. Tap the Remove icon in the top left corner of the app.
  2. Tap Delete app, then tap Delete to confirm.
  3. Tap Done.

Deleting cache and cookies

APPLE:

  1. Open Settings > Safari.
  2. Tap Clear history and website data.

Clearing the history, cookies, and browsing data in Safari will not change the autofill data.

When there is no site history or data to delete, the delete button will be grayed out. The button may also be grayed out if you have content restrictions set under Content & Privacy Restrictions under Screen Time .

To visit websites without saving history, turn on Private Browsing .

Download the KALLOS application

APPLE:

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the App Store app.
  2. Find the KALLOS BEAUTY app.
  3. Download the application.
  4. Double-click the side button on the right side of the iPhone or the top button on the iPad to complete the download. If you use Face ID or Touch ID to unlock your device, look at your device or touch the Home button to verify your identity and download. You may need to enter your Apple ID password to complete the download.

Check if you have enough memory on your device

APPLE:

  1. Go to Settings > General > [device name] memory. A list of device memory optimization recommendations may appear with a list of installed applications and the amount of memory each is using below.
  2. Tap an app's name for more information about its memory. Backup data and temporary data may not be counted in memory usage.

In the detailed view, you can do the following:

  • unload the app, which frees up the memory it was using but keeps its documents and data
  • delete the app, which removes it and associated data
  • depending on the application, you may be able to delete its documents and data.

If the device's memory is full and the system cannot free up space, a warning may appear with the message Memory is almost full. If you see this warning, check the recommendations for storing content in memory, or stop loading some content that you use less often, such as videos and apps.

Content categories

The content used on your device is divided into the following categories:

  • Apps: installed apps and their content and content stored in the "On my iPhone / iPad / iPod touch" directory in the Files & Downloads app from the Safari browser.
  • Photos: Photos and videos stored in the Photos app.
  • Media: Music, videos, podcasts, ringtones, graphics and audio.
  • Mail: e-mail messages and their attachments.
  • Apple Books: Books and PDFs in the Books app.
  • Messages: messages and their attachments.
  • iCloud Drive: download content from the iCloud Drive service locally to the device. 1
  • Other: non-removable mobile resources such as voices, fonts, dictionaries, non-removable Siri logs and backups, Spotlight indexes, and system data such as Keychain and CloudKit database.2
  • System: the space occupied by the operating system. This may depend on the device and model.
If memory is full, see memory optimization recommendations

In the Settings app, in the Memory section, the device can offer recommendations for memory optimization. To optimize memory:

  1. Tap Show All to display all recommendations for your device.
  2. Read the description of each recommendation, then tap Enable to turn it on, or tap a recommendation to view content you can delete.

ANDROID

UNINSTALL THE APPLICATION

ANDROID:

  1. Open the Google Play Store application.
  2. In the upper right corner, tap the profile icon .
  3. Tap Manage apps and devices Manage .
  4. Select the name of the application you want to delete.
  5. Tap Uninstall .

Deleting cache and cookies

ANDROID

In the Chrome app

  1. On your Android device, open Chrome.
  2. Tap More Clear browsing data .

If you're using Firefox or another browser, check its support site for instructions.

Download the KALLOS application

ANDROID:

  1. Open Google Play.
  2. Find the KALLOS BEAUTY app.
  3. Once you've selected an app, tap Install

Check if you have enough memory on your device

ANDROID:

  1. On your Android device, open the Google One app.
  2. At the bottom, tap Storage Free up storage on your account .
  3. Select the category you want to manage.
  4. Select the files you want to remove.
  5. After selecting the files, tap Delete at the top.
