Notice to consumers on the method of receiving written complaints
In accordance with Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette, No. 41/14), we inform consumers that they can express their dissatisfaction with the purchased product or the service provided by submitting a written complaint to our business premises, where we will confirm receipt of the complaint in writing without delay. You can also send the complaint by post, fax or e-mail to the following address: "Ce-Makor doo", Ulica Karla Metikoša 2, 10000 Zagreb or to the e-mail address: info@kallosprolashcollection.com . The trader undertakes to respond to complaints in writing within 15 days of receiving the complaint.
