Your collected points for rewards are valid for 3 months. Although the rewards expire after this period, your progress is not lost – you can continue to collect points to reach higher thresholds and unlock even more valuable gifts. By continuing to collect points, you secure access to more exclusive benefits within our Loyalty program

You can redeem one selected reward or discount per order. Rewards cannot be added together or combined with other current promotional codes, unless otherwise stated.

In the event of a product return, the points you earned from that purchase will be automatically deducted from your account. If you have already redeemed a reward earned with those points, the value of the reward may be deducted from the refund amount.

Points and rewards are linked exclusively to your user account and cannot be transferred to other people or exchanged for money
